National Baseball League Recruiting Thread

The NBL is currently seeking a general manager for the Indiana Bobcats (formerly Charlotte Horsemen.) Please let me know if you are interested. General info below.

We are a fictional league with 24 teams and sim 6 days a week. Scouts on. Coaches and owner goals off. Higher dev speed, lower aging, and very low injuries.

We run a different draft model for the first round to prevent tanking, as it mirrors the Japan style of drafting. Any non-playoff team can choose any player in the draft. If multiple teams choose the same player, the winning team is chosen at random and the losing team(s) get to choose again from whatever players are left. It's a really exciting first round with a bit of strategy involved.

We are currently at the beginning of the offseason and Charlotte has some big decisions to make. They have the best player in the league and he was just extended.
