Issues with jersey fonts

Hi all. I am having an issue with a new jersey font I got. When I load it in game nothing happens. Rather than explain my issue I think it'll be better if I include screenshots that can explain my issues far better than I ever could. You can see 2 photos that don't work and a 3rd image. That is what happens when i use literally any other jersey font. I don't know what I did wrong, but i put it in the jersey font folder and everything. It just won't work for whatever reason. It is unknown if it's just that jersey font or ALL jersey fonts i put in that is being made. I had been wanting CCs for my 40 team league but I don't have the creativity. Someone generously offered to make them for me and it's they're jersey fonts that won't work. Again. I don't know if it's just THAT one or ALL of them. If it's worth noting it's that the uniform maker did get some updates so maybe that is what happens? I don't know, however I'll update this post when I have more info.

UPDATE: I used a new jersey font and I have the same issue. I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. I put it in the jersey font folder and everything

Brand new fonts also have this issue. Confirming it's ALL new jersey fonts.

I have been made aware that having a trace log helps. So here it is. Don't worry all my pc info has been removed so nothing private is being leaked other than where my OOTP is installed

Wonder if this is important; like the game can't "see" the new jersey font?

It would explain how it doesn't work but the other ones in my folder aside from the last 2 do work. I wonder how I can make it see it

Tried reinstalling and verifying integrity of the game files and neither worked.
