Historical league trading draft picks from the year prior

Started a save with the 97-98 Bruins, receiving trade offers with picks from the 1997 draft.

For bugs of this nature, it may be helpful to upload your save so they can take a look. Instructions on how to do that can be found here - https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=341827

Alternatively, you can upload your .lg to a file sharing service (most people use Google Drive or Dropbox) and share the link here.

Ahh, might just be a labelling issue as I got to the 1998 draft, and all my picks for the "1997" draft were normal but the picks I had traded for moved up a year.

no this definitely happens to me in the first year, the draft picks year get jumbled up and you never know which pick you are actually trading. Think it happens when you have historical editing on

yeah i think its fairly easy to replicate. but it's never been a huge enough issue for me to report.

yeah its because you start on july 1st, but you dont have the draft, so the game still thinks you have the draft picks. I wouldn't mind starting the game with the actual draft
