Make this Make Sense
I have a first-place team and clinched a playoff spot. (not bragging, just setting up context). In late September.
My team chemistry is ecstatic. All players are normal to very good except for one. A relief pitcher, Jacob Webb, is on the 60-day IR. Has been since February and will be on it until January. And this guy is upset about team chemistry and is unhappy . He is a rookie; he has never appeared in an ML game.

Maybe he's just mad he can't be in the games.

Hard to tell if this is some bizarre storyline, where the guy is hurt and his teammates have simply forgotten about him, and he attributes that to lack of team chemistry and is (understandably) unhappy about it. I can't imagine how you fix that.
