No Playoffs

I bought FHM12 for the first time after playing OOTP for years. I was hired as a GM by the Oilers and won the presidents trophy during the regular season. But then the game did not have any playoffs and just simulated to the off-season. Is this a bug or has anyone else experienced this? I am new to this game and started with all the default settings. It was really disappointing wasting all that time to have this happen and am probably going to ask for a refund and move on to another game.

Uh.... can't say I've seen any report of that. Can you send us the save?
