feedback: It's Good!

Hi, longtime lurker here, my main team in PT is the Dock Ellis Day-Trippers.

I had felt pretty burned out on the game early in 25, and I decided to move on from the game. I came back to 26 during the 4th of July sale. Since then, I've been having an absolute blast. Even as I get my a** kicked most any time i've got a game that matters

I think the key to why it's been so much more fun than it was even before is the Clubhouse. Y'all have done a great job with that. Every day, I am on a mission to secure more Stars. Not only does this let us earn genuinely awesome cards for league, it's also a nice loop where you play tournaments -> get stars -> get better cards for tournaments with stars -> get more stars. This is worlds better than playing for a choice pack where you may well not even get a tournament reward card you want or need. The fact that you can spend stars on packs is also pretty cool, and helped me when I was starting my team.

I've also been really impressed by the variety in types of tournaments & drafts. And I like that you've increased rewards for quicks (although, tbf, I still remember the days where you could win 10 packs from a quick - having that back would be nice) and have made it so you win stars and packs together for daily/weekly events. The creativity in all the new formats has been wonderful, and things like Laptophound's tourneys leading to their own mini-PTCS with card rewards for the lower levels - brilliant ideas. (You call it the 5L, I call it the 4-to-7Ls, because I always either finish with 4 Ls in round one, or 7 total Ls by round 2. A humbling experience!!)

The pitch i'd give in favor of increasing rewards: the card shop has felt really stagnant compared to past editions, except for right around the time people are completing missions and getting packs/listing the cards they find for sale, or, for cards in spotlight packs, the couple of days those packs are available. More cards in circulation would be better, and increasing quicks rewards would be one way to do it. If you can't increase the rewards, can you make the tournaments shorter so it doesn't take 3-4 hours to get either 3 silver packs, 2 standard packs, or one standard pack?

Regardless, great work by the team all-round.

A friendly salute to those I've crossed paths with in-game. I decided this year, due to the fact that I already get too obsessed with this game on my own, not to participate in the discord side... but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate and respect y'all very much!
