Naming Sound Downloads Question

Downloading sounds to add to my game - If I download a sound, such as this - horn54_Pittsburgh2-.ogg - Is this a proper name, or is there a proper naming procedure? Is there a maximum for each category?

No limit that I’m aware of. The key is matching the file name prefix with a OOTP sound keyword (horn is one). Once you save the file, you can go into the stadium sounds screen to verify it got classified correctly.

As far as I know you have to follow the names in the sounds folder. You just have to overwrite the existing name or increment to the next number. If the last name you have is rally26.ogg then your new file s/b rally27.ogg. Player walkup files are like this, andrew mccutchen.ogg.

For other sounds, I’ve skipped numbers and/or didn’t use numbers and it was fine.
