Wrong year listed in Entry Draft Trades

While running an experiment with the interactive Draft, I noticed that the trade year being listed for transactions is off by 2 years (it is showing 1981 instead of 1983). The attached screenshot is from the 1983 Entry Draft.

I later simmed to the 1984 Entry Draft and found the year being listed as 1982 in the trade transactions box.

Still incorrect.

Showing the transaction year as 1982 instead of the correct 1983.
