A big suggestion and a small one

My big suggestion: OOTP has an amazing depth of statistics but they are mostly not accessible while you are playing out a game. The need to leave the game in order to see stats and then come back in is cumbersome. With the availablility of dual monitors for many, it woudl be great if all of the statistics could be accessed on a second screen while playing a game. My small suggestion (which would also help in this matter) would be to allow at least to see notes for a player while playing out a game. That would enable some degree of statistical immersion while a game is in progress.
