Historical Game with editing turned on

1) I made my draft pick(35 rnd 2). Bos had offered two picks for that selection. After i made my pick, i could still accept the trade.
I now have two picks for next year draft and still have the player i selected with the pick boston should have had,

2)1978/1979, pretty sure i simulated schedule before the season started {Have an 84 game season}
But the Challenge Cup took half of my team away for 3 games of the season which was annoying.

Is there a way to turn off international tournaments??

-And the following year, with the olymipcs, although the schedule made sure the olympics was missed, the playoffs started with 2 days of the regular season still to go! i had 3 games in a row, luckily no crashes. Again this is me setting an 84 game season and generating a schedule on 01/07

I had this happen as well, I can’t complain as I got a 19 year old Jack Hughes for free. The craziest part? His perceived potential was so brutal all it would have cost me was a 3rd, used to select Emil Andrae. Anyway, he’s a 5 star now.
