Settings Reset/Empty Draft Class

My save file had fully reset all the settings (Global financial coefficient, trading difficulty, player development, stats weighing etc.) at the start of the 85-86 season in historical. I did not think much of it after fixing everything, and simply played through to the next season. However, now the entire draft class for 1986 is empty.

I'm not sure what could've happened there, could you upload the save file so we can have a look at it?
