Default "Aggressive Tiredness Hook"

I believe this was discussed elsewhere, but I'm posting it here just in case it hasn't been written up here. We have "Default Allow as PH when tired setting" on the Global Strategy screen. That is AWESOME. It would be great to have "Default Aggressive Tiredness Hook" added to this screen. It would be so helpful everywhere.

I honestly don't know why this isn't in the game. Would be nice to not have to click a box for every pitcher.
