Too Many Players from Parent Team(s)

I'm playing in the Czech Maxa Liga and my 2 parent teams have sent me a total of 23 players, leaving me only 2 spots for my own players. In addition, many of them are malcontents and I have no ability to send them down or otherwise get rid of the bad apples. This has been reported as a bug several times over the last 10 years, including here:

When will this be fixed? I don't want to have to use Commissioner Mode and manually move players, as I would like to continue to earn achievements in my career.

Now that I have advanced to the regular season the game is unplayable. There are 26 players on my roster, including 24 from my parent teams. The roster limit in Maxa Liga is 25. The 24 players from my parent teams include no goalies. I need 2 on my roster to be able to play, but I can't put 2 on my roster because the parent team has too many non-goalie players. Please urgently advise a solution to this problem...

Moving this to the top, in the hopes that it get's addressed. I have invested a lot of time into this career and I would like to continue.

I did yesterday to help address my other issue of not being able to complete transfers as a Czech or Finnish team. I uploaded my save as "getheroff save".

After looking at some options, what we're going to do here is allow a human-run farm team to move players assigned to it by the AI to their own farm teams (or reserve list, if there are none.) Hang on to this save, and you'll be able to get your roster into playable shape after the next update.

Thanks for attempting to fix this. It seems that I still can't move players to my farm teams, as when I right click on the player and attempt to move them to my farm club (HC Banik Pribram, in my case) it says that the players are "too old for the ELJ". When I check the league rule there should be no such limitation. SC Marimex Kolin does not have a Reserve List, so that is not an option. I'm really frustrated guys. I spent a lot of time on this career and have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a fix. Then to get the fix...and it's not fixed.
