Version one and two, yeah looks like players that have left their team and become a free agent. Josh Naylor won’t talk to Seattle, but will accept a contract from any other team.

First day in the file for me, but all the players are already free agents.

May have been the way I released players hitting FA on most teams

Yeah I tested same you all are seeing. I even tried to “reset all players morale” and didn’t work.

I signed up as Seattle and Naylor, Polanco, and Suarez are impossible tag.

I’m going to see if I can get them back on team with a 2025 expiring contract and see if that works once the FA date hits in OOTP.

Ok good news and bad…

What I proposed above DOES work.

Bad news is I need to assign FA back to current teams

I’ll work on that and release when I can

I’ll at least get all of the key FA back on teams so they will at least negotiate with current team.

If some don’t want to wait, above does work if you want to replicate on your side for whatever team you take over

For those FA I’m placing BACK on current team the 2025 salary is irrelevant. To speed up process I’ll put them all in with a similar number like $5M or so.

Teams will have to sign those players before they hit free agency. I tried that with Naylor, added him to Seattle and then tried to extend him.....still said we were to far apart.

No way of merging your files with a live start day after world series was over?

ok gang - I have updated the first page with v3 of the file.

I have placed the higher priority free agents to be BACK on their teams with a generic $5M contract set to expire in 2025.

I may have missed some fringe guys, but should be all of the main peeps.

Ok hopefully we can finally enjoy the 2026 MLB offseason-hot stove with this file!

Check updated v3 file in the first post. Should be good now.

I am Seattle GM with this file, and can offer contracts to Naylor, Polanco, Suarez.

Thank you so much for all your work on this CBL, really do appreciate you sharing this with the community. I am playing the Rockies, and noticed Tyler Freeman's power rating against LH is 85, probably too high? I adjusted it from 545 to 215, which set his power at 45. Sound about right to you?

I think the game date is past the point where a pool would normally be generated. However, you can go into free agents and create as many as you'd like and they will go in the IAFA section. See the screenshots. I think you have to be in commish mode?

Ive played the game all year and now using a CBLCardinals thread (which always work fine) it is randomly DFAing prospects of mine and not letting me put them back in the minors (it does but then it just DFAs them again or does it to others)

If you're describing what I think you're describing this is a (much-maligned) issue with the game itself, not this specific roster set.
