Weather at Wrigley Field

Does the weather at stadiums change from game to game? A quick look at Wrigley Field and the ballpark file shows temperature change month and one option for wind.

OOTP Wiki notes the players can be affected by changes in weather, cold hot.

Is a windy day at Wrigley as IRL somewhere in the game, where that day the homeruns will be increasing or decreasing based the conditions on that day?

Anyone know?

Yes, the weather conditions are different every game. The temperatures and wind in the game screenshot are simply averages.

So, if I were to play a lot of games at Wrigley Field, then the wind blowing out to left, as shown in the park file, is just one of many options that can occur in the game(?). I wonder why the options are there?
