Trace file keeps showing up after fix.

I know I should not have purchased the game from Steam. The site said the problem was fixed; however, the file keeps showing up. I was wondering if you need to delete the previous file. You can't do it as the delete button on the trace file itself is blacked out so you can't delete it. Steam did not do the update. Never again.

I had to go through 11 pages of tech support on this site to find how to get rid of the current trace file that exist. I found it. After deleting it, the trace file, it did not show up after that.
