Historical game: World Championship bug and couple suggestions

If you are not yet noted but Slovakia participated in World Championship since late 1970s. For them 1993-94 season could be first one (historically 1995-96).

About group structures.
The game used two group of 4 teams when 8 teams participated. Could it be just one group of 8 teams as it was historically mainly from mid 1940s to late 1970s. 1979 was first year when it was two group of 4 teams for long time.

When number is 12 teams from 1992, game used three groups of 4 teams. Could it be two group of 6 teams as it was then?

Current system, two group of 8 teams started 2012. This is not happen in the game.

Yeah, I noticed the Slovakia thing yesterday, so there's a bug report on that already created.

The historical World Championships use a few generic formats because they have to adapt to potentially different numbers of teams having enough players to form rosters, and need a simple playoff format tied to them. So they don't use the exact formats from each year.
