File issues

I am in a number of on-line leagues, and am having issues with 2 files. I cannot open them. One seems to be working and gets to the last step, Finalizing, and then the game quits/closes, and I have to reopen the game. The other league file was working in 26 until the off season, and now it tries to create pictures, and also just quits/closes the game. I have downloaded new files to try and open, but get the exact same results. As far as I know, no one else is having these problems with these files. I have plenty of disk space and RAM, so that is not the problem.

are you on a Mac or PC?
