OOTP Go Not Working

As of Monday, October 6, the OOTP Go app has not been working for me on android (Pixel 9a). I'm getting an error that says "The league is currently not downloadable!" and the next simulation countdown says "PROCESSING...." I cannot click into tournaments or PDs.

This is account specialedition

I can log in via desktop. On my phone, I have tried to use the app via wi-fi and mobile; neither works. Other apps work fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled OOTP Go twice without success.

Sometimes Android removes permissions for apps, can you check those?

Thanks! Unfortunately, no luck. Within "App permissions" for the app, the "Not allowed" section says "No permissions denied" (vs. "Allowed," which includes notifications). While I was in there, I also cleared storage and cleared the cache without effect on the problem.

I also tried logging into a different account (on the same license) and had the same problem. So the issue is not team-specific.

Could I confirm which version of the app you are on? If you open up the game settings, then show system info it'll say there

This is still not working — I can't click into league/tournaments — but interestingly, I do get notifications when a buy/sell order (placed on desktop) executes or when I am eliminated from a tournament (entered on desktop).

Can you post a screenshot on how the main menu looks when you are logged into PT?

The image should be attached to this post -- thanks again. Although sometimes it won't let me get past even the main screen with the "Franchise Mode" and "Perfect Team Mode" buttons.

I have no idea what happened but it's working now? I wonder if there was some issue with the function that automatically logs you out of desktop or mobile when you are using the other. I don't typically have the desktop app open when I log into Go, but I had it open on my desktop when I saw your message and opened Go to take the requested screenshot.

Truly, no idea. Anyway, thanks.
