NHL prospects are no longer progressing FHM 11

Hello, I asked this question a few weeks ago on discord, but I'm surprised to see that NHL prospects are no longer progressing in the game. I'm in the 2034 season and they're all at 0.5 ability. Is this a known bug?

It may be related to that, I no longer have any development reports (for several seasons now).

I can't say that I have ever seen this - when you say they're not progressing - do you mean once they've been drafted or when they are appearing in the draft?

I can´t unzip the save file. If possible, please zip and upload it agian and I will take a look.

Newgen players. Good potential, but an actual level very low. And nobody progress in the game. I think since 3 or 4 draft

I'll try to recreate the file as soon as possible. I think I encountered this bug on version 10. I hope it's not something I did in the configuration
