Modifying 3D Warehouse Stadiums

Ok, so I got a bit of an idea and wondered if this is even remotely possible...

Can I take a stadium built within 3D Warehouse that's not a baseball stadium (i.e. think Old Trafford) and convert it into a baseball stadium?

Been toying with the idea of it was remotely possible to take soccer pitches and football stadiums like this and convert them into baseball diamonds.

Anything is possible in sketchup or blender. Just takes time to achieve it.

As someone who's not even design savvy, I'm just wanting to create some stadiums for my European teams.

I you watch silvam’s videos on using Sketchup to make stadiums, that’s a great place to start. If you need a free version of sketchup, I made a thread linking the 2017 version which afaik is still free to use.

I've done this! See my take on converting a Hong Kong cricket field into a ballpark.

As Mytreds says, it's completely doable. The trick is that a typical soccer stadium is somewhat too small to fit a baseball field--at least one outfielder is going to start a play outside the field under the stands or beyond the walls and then rush through the walls after the pitch. Cricket stadiums generally _are_ big enough, rugby stadiums could can go either way.
