A preponderance of popups

Something I have noticed recently is that it seems like is a large number of popups. Has anyone else noticed way too many pop up outs?

Hmm ok I ask about the graphics because they are (still) notorious for not accurately showing what happens in the game log.

Recent as in the latest build? I have not seen it, but have not played any games yet in #77.
