Trying to edit cap/jersey/pants causing CTD

Steps I am taking: I start a new standard game, not a live start, in challenge mode and play as gm only starting unemployed. Once the game loads and starts I go to the Oakland Athletics page to modify their uniforms (to reflect the upcoming move at years end). When clicking on any of the sub-tabs the game crashes to desktop. I've attempted a few times and restarted and even reinstalled but it happens every time. I am attaching a screenshot of the workshop mods I have installed as well as the save file itself. Looks like the Athletics are safe and sound in Oakland in my saves for now.

This just started happening to me. No idea why. Was there ever a fix?
