Fatigue percentage

I am confused as to how to set the Fatigue percentages for players within their strategy tabs. For example, if I set a player for 98% in the <rest/bench when fatigue%" field, am I creating an ironman/workhorse or a guy who is always going to be out of the lineup?

It depends on the position. Catcher probably drop below 98 after 3-4 games on consecutive days. Most position players maybe after 5-7. 1st baseman maybe 10. Not near my computer so just spitballing.

So should I be setting a lower percentage if I want the guy to be a workhorse, regardless of position?

Yes, but their performance suffers in my experience.
