The specs all look like they fit together. The trick will be that last thing, getting (at least) an offday for a team following an interleague road series. Can definitely be done in general, but I pretty much assume that whatever solution I can get to for the series layout will not allow for every single case to work out that way.

Probably will not be able to balance the number of home weekend series as much as I generally try. Another thing where will have to see how good it can end up.
