As an aside, at 1:13:24 of runtime this was the shortest race (by time) that was run to the scheduled distance in F1 history. So at least the pain ended quickly...

Monza has a peculiar layout with just three real corners, which gives the Red Bull car fewer chances to try and yeet itself into the nearest ravine.

I also forgot to mention - since my eyes were already closed when I made that previous post - that McDimwit have the fastest while having the slowest car. The orange car is very fast in the corners, but it was bottoms in the speed trap on the frontstraight. And at Monza, you want to be fast in a straight line, because you are in a straight line virtually all the time.

As Charles le Stupid has binned it in Q3 for red flag #5, and some drivers report rain, and Sainz has the fastest dry time right now, him getting pole while the red cars are on the wrecker or in the pits would be most ironic.

I hate this circuit, but you have to leave it to the Azerbaijani organizers - the anthem *always* slaps!

I still have major trauma from one Nürburgring GP where the recent winner of one of those talent shows on the channel that also showed the race whimpered the German anthem. Absolute disgrace.
