OOTP Mods - Database Tools Do you need to take a dump? SQL gurus welcome

I have a custom Teams.csv, along with corresponding minor league versions. I basically just introduced expansion way, way earlier. Because of this, I usually start manually adding in historical Japanese players from the 20th century when appropriate. I would love to know how to do this one time, outside of the game, like how the original Negro League dB was made. How would I go about creating Sadaharu Oh, for instance, once, where he will then show up in every new sim?
