Hide Inactive Lineup Option Missing

I have an online league file which has a major league level, four levels of minors and one in game tournament. All leagues and tournaments have DH enabled.

For some reason, at the ML level when on the lineups tab, the hide inactive lineups checkbox on the top right is not visible for all ML teams in the environment, thus all ML teams display all four lineups (vs RHP, vs LHP, vsRHP + DH and vs LHP + DH). However, minor league teams are correctly displaying the hide inactive lineups checkbox and thus only the two relevant with DH lineups are shown on the lineups screen.

Is there any settings that I might be missing that control the hide inactive lineups button being visible?

If necessary I can provide the league file.
