OOTP Go 26 Patch 26.6.73.15

Hi all,
New patch picking up many of the player development changes from the desktop patches, but also some nice Go-specific updates like improving the layout of the cards in PT missions, and fixing the screen after running a variant boost.

26.6.73.15 Changes
- Improvements to player development
- Misc Go specific QoL changes
- Misc bug and crash fixes
- Updated data

Did this patch fix the development issues where all of my minor league players take 7 years to reach the majors if they even do at all? I feel like most of prospects never pan out in this game, unless I rush them to the majors as soon as possible.
