Coaches duplicating

This is a legacy issue, but in historical games the managers who start the game active aren't tied to their retired profile. Even if you go in and add their ID to them, it doesn't actually do anything. This in and of itself is annoying, but the bigger bug is that you end up with duplicates.


Example: You start a game in 1993 and Joe Torre is managing the Cardinals (starting the year). 1995 you go look at there's Joe Torre managing the Cardinals still...and oh wait...he's managing the Cubs too!


Or Toby Harrah is the hitting coach for Modesto As and the manager of the As at the same time, one linked to his retired player profile and one not.


I made the suggestion for a "fix" last time, but I'd recommend a global "action" that validated coaches/managers with their ID in their profile to tie them back to their player profile.

I'm not sure there's a quick fix for this, but it's on our radar to fix up and potentially improve historical managers/coaches etc.
