Manually import players each year

I want to take the OOTP21 Quick Start and import it into 26. For each draft I want to be able to manually import all the players from that draft and any IFA's as well. Basically all players who debuted in the MLB/MILB

Can I just just import all player ID's for say 2022 via MILBmaster file and have every single player that came over, including those that went into the international complex?
