*** MLB trade deadline roster update 8-1-25 spectacular ***

Ok gang,
Due to popular request (and my own inability to turn off my brain all things rosters) I’ve updated roster to now be standings/stats, etc as of August 1.

- CBL system of R/L splits applied to hitters

- All 2025 MLB draft picks correct organization

- Updates to coaches, GM

- Update to Tampa owner

- Update Sutter Health park factors (heavy hitter friendly)

- Update to ratings/talents misc players

- Updates to market size

- Updates to financials

- Injuries as of 8/1

I am working on updating & calibrating the top 300 or so 2026 draft prospects per Baseball America (Top 100 overall, then top 100 college and top 200 High school). Below is a screen shot of a workbook I use and created that helps with ratings and FV.

If time allows I will try to get 2027 draft prospects calibrated. Baseball America only has the top 100 HS and top 50 college thus far out so TBD.

Plan to complete next few days!

Well gang..

Good news and bad.

Good news roster file uploaded in first page of this post (Yay!)

Bad news…apparently we cannot export future draft classes in OOTP. The drop downs and functionality appear to be there, however if you take my 8/1 file and try to export 2026 class in OOTP no players export
The soonest in game the class will show up is sometime in 2026. I tried to mess with the “reveal draft pool X days before draft but what would typically occur is game would combine 2026 and 2027 to 2026 draft.

I use a database to push in large chunks of data with update queries. However if I cannot export the draft class I cannot then update it in mass. Really sucks. Hopefully Matt or someone on OOTP team can add in this sorely needed function.

Other than the bummer of 2026 draft everything else is exciting and ready to roll!!!

Only issue I have is updated Divisions and get not in regular Season when trying to simluate.
