AGMs way to negative

Can I play without the AGM commenting on trades. He thought I gave up too much for Ohtani and advised not to make deal. Another example I am trying to dump Trevor Story but I have to take some salary back. AGM says not to trade for overpriced veteran even though I was taking on less salary.
