Rubbish League

How can you setup a league with everyone being rubbish at the sport, a real amateur effort?

Could the game cope with that?

Set the PCMs really low. I've done it for amateur leagues in a bigger setup before.

Game handles it fine, obviously there won't be as big as disparity between the best and worst... but that's fine for a league that's supposed to be "****."

You can up the errors for every position as well, to truly get that amateur experience.

What does a rubbish league look like to you as far as statistical output? Because you can set PCMs to tank ratings, but remember that ratings are still relative. League totals is what you need to think about.
