Historical - Issues with Amateur Draft

Hey everyone... just purchased OOTP26. This is the 4th version of OOTP I've purchased, but I wanted this for the Negro League feature that allows you to bring the players in without minor leagues.


So... here's my issue. I noticed after several seasons that the draft pool is not being populated. I never had this issue in earlier versions.


My set up...
- Historical
- Starting 1921 league structure (2 leagues, 8 teams each)
- I want to have players from all eras populating the teams from the start (so I don't want the 1921 rosters)
- No minor leagues
- I want to bring in Negro League players
- I want draft pools populated.


I kept the draft date default of November 15th.


Honestly, I feel like this should be pretty easy to fix, but when I use set up rules that I've used in the past they just aren't getting the job done, nor has it worked properly when I've followed instructions found online.


Any suggestions? And apologies if this should be in another (Sticky) thread.

Had you considered just choosing Random Debut in the Wizard. In the wizard after that, there is the Hold Amateur Draft and NeL player toggle (when selected, the color barrier is automatically off).

For just that set-up as described, you don't even need to get into the Advanced Settings in the Wizard.
