Custom Personality Traits db?

For historical replays or historical player usage:
Are personality traits assigned randomly with each game you initiate?
Are they assigned by the OOTPB devs?
Can they change during their career or are they permanently assigned
If they do change during your game what makes them change?
Is there an attempt to make them accurate? ie
Players that became managers IRL have max leadership
Players that played for 1 team 90% or more of career are LOYAL
Players that held out are GREEDY?
etc

Is there a way to update the load so it has assigned traits for each load?
I would like to have say high confidence of traits permanently assigned and the others randomly assinged. How can we accomplish that.

I have been watching and listening to games prior to 1985 and tabulating traits that are anecdotes by the announcers. It would be kinda cool if we can have an online db to load them to share. Or quick starts.

Merv Rettemund is extremely likeable and jovial as player. And good reputation as hitting instruction based on Buddy Bell interview 1983. : )
