FTD - Cash Prize League with Openings

FTD is set to enter the 2045-46 offseason and has three GM openings we are looking to fill.

League Notes:
- started in 2020, entering year #27
- daily sim: alternating M-W, Th-Su during the season and weekly during offseason
- 20-80 scale, no OVR/POT OVR
- one division in each the AL + NL. Division winner + 6 WC teams make postseason with division winner receiving a bye
- league expanded in 2027 to add Montreal and Nashville
- coaches enabled (with poaching)
- draft lottery for top 6 picks - competitive balance picks added for clubs with yearly lowest revenue + smallest markets
- slack

Cash Notes:
- $20 per GM yearly
- GMs stay paid two seasons ahead
- your 2046 (upcoming) season will be covered by previous GM, but you'll be required to place a $20 deposit towards 2047
- various ways to win money back across all levels, highlighted in constitution.

I am not ready for a cash league, but I am a nerd and read everybody's League Constitutions ... and damn, yours is among the more impressively detailed

The A's have a brand new owner as John Fisher has sold the team in November of 2045. The new owner is is lenient & hands off with a generous fiscal personality.

Now, all they need is a GM to come run them!
