Game crashes in standings screen

hello - I am trying to see what my AHL minor league standing are but when scrolling through the leagues the game keeps crashing on the European league screen after pressing the button that should be loading my AHL Standings. if I press down again it will crash. If I go the other way up arrow it will crash too. See attached screenshot. Using the Steam version.

Seems to work fine when I try. May need to upload the save?
