Doubleheader Roster

Can you make roster changes in between games of a doubleheader? Call up/demotions? Or once the day has started you can't. Does this apply to old versions?

I'm pretty sure it is doable, and I think I have done so.

One little bit of realism that could be added in future versions--travel time for players called up/sent down. For a team like the Mariners, they could easily call up a pitcher for the second game of a doubleheader, as Tacoma's Cheney Stadium is only 32 miles south of Seattle's T-Mobile Park. But most teams, the travel would involve a plane flight and would take a full day.
