How Long Can A DTD Injury Last?
I had a player get injured with a quadricep strain initially DTD for 1-2 weeks. I kept him out of the lineup for a few days but the injury changed to DTD uncertain return. OK, fine. Back in the lineup. Get better or get injured enough for the injured list so I can get a replacement.
He later got another DTD injury which I kept him on PH only because in had a moderate running impairment. Finally that cleared. The quadricep injury? Incurred May 31. Cleared August 21. Should have been called a month to month. Meanwhile my SPs have kept me close in games. Every time I get a lead they give it back. My RPs have learned how to have good ERAs. They become effective after they let all the inherited runners score. My batters act like a home security system. When at bat they won't let other players cross home plate. LOL. |

I have had some day to day injuries last months just like you. As long as it doesn't impact their hitting, I usually let them play. If it's moderate for anything I send them on the DL

I've watched these in the player editor before. There's a number of days remaining. Generally if they play, it doesn't go down.
So if someone has a DTD injury that says 12 days, it will clear up after they have 12 days off. That was my observation with OOTP 25, anyway. |

Very, uh… timely question, what with Friday having been the “longest” day of the year.
Apologies… |
