An option for interleague play is on set-up screen - however when schedule is generated there are NO interleague games.
Am I missing a step or a "checked box" or something else ? Could a type of season - Standard - Historical -or Custom allow interleague play? |

I think by default OOTP will not generate an interleague schedule.
In order to get an interleague schedule to work you need a custom schedule that matches your league structure and games and the file needs to have the interleague option enabled and the option screen in OOTP as well. You can them select the file to have OOTP import it for your season. You can find custom schedules in the mods forum. There are other people on here much more knowledgeable than I am about this topic. |

Ok - so what happens when the "interleague box" is checked?

It will try to find a schedule in the schedules folder that includes interleague (and matches the rest of your set up) or it will let you import a custom schedule that is marked as having interleague.
