PT pulled card not showing up

Today I opened a pulled pack, in it was a Jackie Robinson 2b/1948 (69) card but it does not show up on my roster. Do I have to pay for that also as part of the pay to win scheme?

That is where he was but when I tried to activate him, I got the message that I had too many activated players. I did not know that rule or where it is documented.

I deactivated all the players 68 and lower and deleted them. Now Jackie is not on the list anymore. Where is he and how do I get him back on the list?

I closed OOTP and opened again and he was there. I have no idea why!

You can have a total of 200 players (26 active and 174 reserve) between Active and Reserve at any given time. In Perfect Team settings, you can change whether or not you or the AI handles Reserve Roster (the 174 players not on the active roster) Management, which controls which players go to the Reserve roster (usually this goes by overall, but it will generally keep changes you made if you set it to AI).

And guess what? That setting is free to use! Shocker!!!!!!!

Dude,

Where is the document that says the total number of players and other things you need to know about PT? That document must be free because I don't know where it is!

The 200 player split between 26 on the Active and 174 on Activated Reserve is in the game itself. See attached.

Looks like that useful information. Too bad there is not an easy an obvious link to it like on the opening screen for OOTP.
