FHM 11 Retina Display Public Beta (Mac & Steam only!)

We finally found a way to improve the game running on Retina displays (especially the font). To test this (and also give everyone a chance to use it as soon as possible) we decided to make it available as a Steam Public Beta. To participate you need to do the following:

In Steam, do a rightclick on "Franchise Hockey Manager 11" and select "Properties". Then select "Betas" and enter the code below in "Private Beta":

You should now be able to switch to the "retina_beta" branch. After you did this, Steam will quickly update your game and after you start FHM11 you should (hopefully) see a positive difference (you can also check out the version, it should be 11.4.55).

The game itself is the same, you can just continue your saves normally. You can go back to the normal game at any time by selecting the "default" branche (might called be "None" or something similar, I have a German Steam version).

Note: we are aware that some graphics in Retina don´t look sharp (basically the same happens on Windows when using a 200% zoom). That is something that we can´t change at this moment but we do have it on our list for the future.
