I'm not the original author but I do know the original designs came from the following thread on SportsLogos. There are links for each team and links in the teams's text for the logos and wordmarks. They would have to be separated from their solid backgrounds, which isn't too hard if you have graphics experience.

OK great, appreciate the info although I absolutely hate that website with all the pop-ups and ad breaks. Still, small price to pay if I want to get it done.

Browser ad blockers are our friends. I use the "uBlock Origin" extension in Chrome.
