Construction Kit Stadiums all have roofs

For every team, when a Construction Kit ballpark is generated, they all have roofs. It wouldn't be that big a deal to go take them off, but I also see the construction kit screen crash almost every time I save.

I am on a Mac, by the way.

As of build 61, whenever I edit a ballpark, after I leave the ballpark construction kit back to OOTP, the game crashes about 90% of the time. About 1/3 of the time it also corrupts the game file and I have to go to backup.

This is on Mac via Steam app. On my Windows machine, this does not happen.
