Trying to install on my laptop running windows 11. It installed but when I tried to install 27 patch it says elicen40 not found. Akso I cannot find a config file anywhere. Any ideas?

I am now getting the following error message: " Error importing rating records: invalid data or error writing record to file. " When I update the data pool. I have ver 2.5 TBCB . Can anyone help..........Ed
