Stuff Now Just Strikeouts?

Now that we have uncoupled the STUFF rating from a few versions ago, no homerun or BABIP included, does STUFF now only mean Strikeouts?

I wonder because I have a pitcher in AAA up for Spring Training with low STUFF 35. but M=55 and HR=55 and BABIP = 55.

So the way I am looking at this the plyer should be a pretty good pitcher now.
Thoughts?

Hasn’t stuff always been just strikeouts? HRA and BABIP were part of movement which we can see.

That pitcher would probably below average. Below average stuff and control, average movement, maybe good for a mop up role or as a number 5 starter.

OK, I got it backwards! STUFF and best three pitches! So now I look at MOVEMENT a little differently.

Or best 2 for Relievers.
