Incorrect BO/SO Limit - limit counting ended auctions

A 'bug' has appeared seems the auctions that have ended that are shown on 'card order' screen are counted in your 100 max buy offers, I currently have:
92 BOs,
4 ended Buy auctions,
2 open Buy auctions,
2 SOs,

And I can't add any more offers (BOs, SOs or auction bids). I would assume I should be able to add 4 more BOs, SOs or auction bids.
