OOTP 26 completely stopped working today. It crashes as soon as you click on the icon on my IPad. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that did not help. I am on iPad 5th generation, with IOS 16.7.11

(BTW, previously, when it was actually working many of the mail messages are just gibberish unreadable HTML code…)

This appears to be an issue with our third party service providers no longer supporting the older iOS 16. At the moment, if you are able, please update your OS version to at least 17. I'm also reaching out to them currently in order to hopefully get this sorted out

Ok good news, we found and fixed the problem on iOS16. It'll require another build but once that has been approved and released, it will fix the issue.
