Export Seasons Problem

I'm trying to export seasons from <OOTP Go 23> to <OOTP 26 Go!>.
I restored IAP's and typed my email address and received the 6 digit code. But after I filled the verify code, <Export> button doesn't work!
Same thing happens when I tried to <Load Seasons>.

Could you describe what you mean by the button not working? Is it greyed out, or does it export but you can't import from the new game?

Same issue but mine is ios. I treid G board by Google and Naver Smart board by Naver but didnt work neither

Hm, I havent heard of this issue on ios before. One thing I might suggest is making sure you tap the Return key when you've finished typing, maybe if you just tap the background to close the keyboard it won't register? Otherwise, could you screen record the process and send it to me?
